Day 6 Constraints: Multiple timesteps and RATTLE¶

Firstly, access the working directory for this exercise:

~/WORKSHOP/Day_6/Constraints

Then open the notebook MD-Constraints.ipynb, and follow the instructions within it.

You can browse the notebooks directly on web and choose to open them in Google Colab.yy
